Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use locumagents.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Locum Agents ("Locum Agents," "we," "us") is a healthcare staffing company. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through locumagents.com (the "Site") and through the calls and emails that follow from it.

Information we collect

  • Contact and coverage-request forms.Your name, email, phone number, and what you tell us — for clinicians, the role you hold, state licenses, and what you're looking for; for facilities, the facility or group name, your role, location, and coverage need.
  • Resumes and CVs.Clinicians may upload a resume (PDF, DOC, or DOCX). It's emailed to our team and may contain your work history, credentials, and contact details.
  • Phone calls and emails. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you share in the conversation.
  • Usage data. Like most websites, the Site and the tools described below collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and — if you arrived from an ad — the ad click identifier.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and match clinicians with assignments, or facilities with coverage.
  • To present a clinician to a facility — only with that clinician's consent.
  • To manage credentialing, onboarding, and ongoing placements.
  • To measure how the Site and our advertising perform, and to improve them.
  • To protect the Site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyzes interaction data to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and, where enabled, remarketing) to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries or calls. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies, and they record events such as a form submission or a click on a phone number. Google processes this data under its own partner-sites policy.

Who we share information with

  • Bullhorn — our applicant tracking system, where candidate and client records are kept.
  • Google — reCAPTCHA, Analytics, and Ads, as described above, plus our business email.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the Site and processes and stores form submissions.
  • SendGrid — delivers form submissions (and any attached resume) to our team by email.
  • Healthcare facilities— clinician details, only when you've agreed to be presented for an assignment.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal compliance — then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

  • Ad personalization: manage or turn off personalized Google ads at Google Ads Settings.
  • Analytics: opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
  • Access, correction, deletion: email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and organizations. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
