• $380/hr + travel | 1099 locums
• Main OR coverage Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts, 7 AM–3 PM
• 24-hour in-house coverage available weekdays and weekends
• Supervision model with a 2 MD / 6 CRNA FTE structure; anesthesiologists also personally provide anesthesia
• Broad case mix including General, OB, Ortho/Total Joints, Spine, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, GYN, IR and Urology
• 6 ORs + 8 anesthetizing sites, with additional anesthesia coverage in Cath Lab, IR and MRI
• BC/BE | MA license not required to present; active MA license receives priority
• 30–90 day credentialing | Temps available for clean files | 1.5-hour radius restriction
